From the resort the immediate ski area is the Pal/Arinsal area, this can be accessed by lift or car from Arinsal. It has 63km of slopes which are varied in level but with the majority being for beginners and intermediates. In total there are great nursery areas where novices can build their confidence, 32 blue and red graded slopes, and 5 black runs for the experts. The terrain in the Arcalís resort has more challenging areas than Pal and Arinsal which more advanced riders shouldn't miss, although it isn't lift linked to Arinsal so you'll have to drive or take the shuttle bus. Across the entire Vallnord area snowboarders of all levels will find areas for them, like the boardercross circuits or the only junior rail park in Europe. |
