Snow Pas de la Case

Beginning at 2,050m Pas de la Casa is one of the highest resorts in Europe and has a fantastic snow record. Thanks to this altitude and its north facing orientation the resort is snow-sure every year from November until May. The Grandvalira resorts have undergone a lot of upgrades in the past few years, including the installation of a state-of-the-art snow making system. These computer controlled snow making machines can produce artificial snow automatically when the natural snow would benefit from being enhanced.
