Weather Bad Gastein with Snowrental

The Gastein Valley has been described as having a "healing" climate, this is due to the combination of fresh pure mountain air and the therapeutic natural hot springs. As well as a healing climate you'll find the ideal weather for winter sports. The resort receives loads of snow every year and the altitude of the slopes helps the snow last from November until April. The ski areas are both above and below the tree-line so if visibility is poor, or the wind picks up, you can find some nice sheltered runs through trees.
