Kaprun Piste Map

Maiskogel ski area near Kaprun is a great place for novices and beginners. There are nursery slopes on sunny meadows, and easy blue slopes through the trees. There's one red run in Maiskogel, but intermediates are better catered for over in the Zell am See ski area on the Schmittenhöhe mountain. There you'll find 50km of both red and blue terrain, including a run which descends 1,200 vertical metres over 8km. Experts have lots of long mogulled blacks to enjoy through the trees, and the off-piste around Zell am See is some of the best in the area.
