The winter season the Olympiaregion Seefeld ski area starts at the beginning of December and runs until April. Seefeld receives around 300cm of snow every year, and as it sits in a protected location, between the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountain ranges, this snow is preserved throughout the season. As added snow insurance the ski area has an advanced snow making system which covers an amazing 90% of the ski runs, so during your holiday you're sure to find a snow-filled winter wonderland to explore from Seefeld.
