Between 1,200m and 2,800m above sea level in the Tyrolean Alps you'll find a huge winter playground at your fingertips from the village of Serfaus. The ski area has 190km of slopes and is ideal for all levels of snow sports enthusiasts. If you're new to snow sports you're sure to quickly grasp the basics on the great nursery areas with the help of the expert instructors. Intermediate level skiers and snowboarders will have the biggest choice of slopes within the area, with around 40km of blue pistes and 115km of reds covering a variety of terrain. And experts have about 15 black runs as well as loads of freeriding terrain. Serfaus is perfect for carving and speed skiing with special areas for both, including a permanent racing run where you can time your journey down the slope. |
