So this past winter I was looking for a mid-fat/fat ski to head out to the canadian rockies with. I have been an out east crud skiier my whole life and was nervous about transitioning from stocklis to something 85+. The fischer big stix handled everything I saw and more out west from deep powder to the frozen back bowl crud. I was able to fly down carvers and nail powder stashes, bumps and more. They fly and don't carve too much. They are the perfect ski for a hardcore women skiier who's not afraid of a little stiffness. With the salomon 912-ti's, solomon 9.0X waves and the big stix i had one sweet skiing experience. If you want something to transform your skiing and confidence def. give the big stix a try!

Silky speed in the deep or through crud is the aim, and these Stix, as used by the Fischer Freeride team are capable of charging through all conditions. Again very useable and achieve the job but they do not have the sidecut or twin-tip of some of their competitors such as the Pocket Rocket, Scream X-tra Hot, Rossi Scratch or, yes they are that good, the Seth Pistols.
