It would be a mistake to view Brixen Im Thale in terms of its own ski area only. Its 35 kilometres of runs are in fact a gateway to a much more extensive area. Whether you reach this area on skis or by shuttle bus, the skiing available is almost limitless. Of course, beginners cannot take advantage of all these possibilities, but everyone else… At any rate, between the ski areas of Brixen im Thale and Westendorf, beginners will find plenty of terrain to keep them happy. The major drawback of this resort is that the slopes are relatively far from the centre and require a short walk or even a shuttle bus to reach.
