Alti Ride’‘s are the most versatile ski in Dynastar’‘s mountaineering range. The ski is a dedicated randonee ski and comes with a touring binding, along the lines of a Diamir, now fitted as standard. The width of these skis, 114-75-102 gives you not only float in the powder but a great sidecut for ripping arcs on your decent, the only downside to this is that you’‘re going to need to work that little bit harder on the way up with the extra weight, Ride’‘s are weighing in at 1590 gms. Mind you, as with cycling, it is often best to loose a little around the waist than concentrating too much time and money purely on lighter equipment, its just that little harder to accomplish!
