Stronger than an Austrian Ox, the WC GS Race is a full blooded racer that can be skied on well groomed runs by experts and is sensational on a race prepared piste, lots of seasonaires buy these as a ski to blow out the cob-webs or disintegrate hangovers. They are identical to the skis used on the FIS race circuit so don't expect to be able to ski on them all day, or to have even a whiff of forgiveness about them. There are a few skis available to the public now that are of a similar pedigree, notably the Rossignol 9X RD, K2 race GS, Atomic GS 11 and also the new S-Lab 2V from Salomon which is available to order.
