Snow Flaine

Although the lifts in the Grand Massif don't go as high as some of the other major ski resorts in France, the ski area has an excellent snow history thanks to its proximity to Mont Blanc and its slope orientation - the mostly north facing slopes help to keep the snow in top condition throughout the season. And the, on average, six metres of natural snowfall per year is enhanced further by the hundreds of snow cannons across the area.
