At La Plagne you'll find excellent snow conditions. The area receives an average yearly snowfall of 6 metres and with its variety of altitudes and terrain types you can pick and choose the kind of snow you ski on. With the highest lifts and runs above 2500m La Plagne is snow-sure for the season, which runs from December to April. And the 6 high altitude resorts are all above 1,800m so skiing straight back to your door is always possible. The resort has over 359 snow cannons which keep the snow in top condition and the vast off-piste skiing opportunities mean there's less wear on the pisted runs. |
