The winter season in Samoëns begins in December and lasts until April, and thanks to the geographical location of the Grand Massif it enjoys regular snowfall during these months. 80% of the slopes facing north so the snow remains in good condition for longer, and the area is particularly well known for the excellent snow available in spring. The Grand Massif also has fantastic artificial snow making machines which ensure there are perfect conditions across the entire ski area. |
