The winter season in Serre Chevalier starts in December and runs until the end of April, and in case the natural snow needs a little help during this time the resort has 493 artificial snow cannons on hand. But Serre Chevalier has an excellent snow record and on average receives an amazing 600cm of the white stuff every year. This combined with the huge number of pistes above 2,000m makes Serre Chevalier a snow sure resort all season long. |
