The south facing slopes of Super Besse ensure an optimum experience during the cold winter months, providing light and warmth throughout the day. The resort receives an average annual snowfall of 150cm and this is enhanced by the resort's 299 snow cannons covering 60% of the ski area. These cannons help ensure that the pistes have an excellent snow depth for skiing and snowboarding. In addition, off-piste skiing and boarding is available and this reduces wear on the runs throughout the season. |
