Weather Valfrejus with Snowrental

The winter season starts in December and runs until April in Valfréjus, with the most snow normally found on the slopes in January. Throughout winter the ski resort receives low temperatures, especially during the night and on the highest parts of the ski area. With the slopes reaching up to 2,737m much of the ski area is above the tree-line and therefore receives lots of sunshine, this obviously helps to raise temperatures a little but also means that these areas can be exposed to poor weather conditions. However there are a good range of slopes below the tree-line so skiers and boarders of all levels have sheltered runs to enjoy if visibility is poor above.
