Champoluc receives an average of 700cm of natural snowfall every year. And this vast amount of snow allows the resort to open for snow sports from the start of December until the end of April. Sitting at 1,580m, with slopes reaching up to just under 3,000m, the resort and ski area of Champoluc retains its natural snow well. The resort can guarantee excellent snow throughout the winter season with the help of its fantastic artificial snow making system, Champoluc can produce 780,000 cubic metres of snow every season, and with this ensures great snow cover on 96% of its slopes.
