I have just used this ski in Bardoneechia, Italy on very ice covered slopes and the positive positions in the down hill stem turns were brilliant, no slipping, but the ski is firm and needs good top thigh muscle endurance to absorb the 'chatter' over the ice. These are defined as 'tops' skis and are a torsionally stiff ski with no softness, they worked for me straight down the hill in small stem turns or the more wide sweeping super 'G' type 'snake'. I am 72 kgs and used 170cms and the straight line speed down blue runs was great with the confidence of controlled braking when required, down reds, very quick but again confidence when braking required, down blacks fast a bit scarry! but cut the ice surface to give braking confidence. Will invest in these type next season.

I love these skis. Great stabiliy when going fast, and easy to turn. If you only get to buy one pair of skis, these are the ones. Chris Rively
