Too heavy, too.., too!!!! People that can’‘t say anything about the skis themselves just say that skis feel like kinda heavy! Oh really, look the structure! Finally we have a SKI that does not compromise with structure and YES these are not the skis for an average skier YET you feel confident when you loan your own pair to an beginner carver.. Skied B5’‘s since those entered the market and just love them! Previous skied with SL9 until knee problems and after that with SX11’‘s. SX11’‘s are marvelous skis but required too much of continuous whipping (too unforgiven) to my liking and to my knee probs. Then I rented B5’‘s and will memorize that day for good. Immediate trust and that edge hold on grud, hard packed, iced, what ever you throwed on it, just a wider smile. And knees? Absolutely no problems. Give the skies just a hint that you want to go to "that" direction and boy you go! Put some force and you better to be prepared with the kick. Sleet, bumps, powder, anything goes! And I’‘m riding with 162’‘s and I’‘m 100kg, so I should be sking 10 csm longer ones! B5’‘s are the best skies I have ever owned and currently just can’‘t imagine what skies will ever replace these. Give them a try, please don’‘t mind the "weight" (thats important if you just carry skies). If you ski, let it go and: Come on baby let’‘s do the twist Come on baby let’‘s do the twist Take me by my little hand and go like this Ee-oh twist baby baby twist Oooh-yeah just like this Come on little miss and do the twist Free your errr.. "butt" and let your feet twist and let the sun shine. And please mind your grin, behave!
