An absolutely fantastic ski for those who love to fly through the off-piste and have the ultimate ski day. Race construction makes them silky smooth throughout the turn provided you stay on top of them. . These skis can be skied super aggressively due to the flex and I never felt I was running out of ski through powder/crud. or chopped. Also reasonable on the piste provided you do not mind the 29m radius arc, so look well ahead! Definitely for the super balanced skier who wants to take the aggression to the off piste. Faster and firmer than last seasons J. Nobis Inspired, the Pro Rider tops the Freeride frontier for Dynastar. A relatively narrow 90mm underfoot gives good float in deep powder, but these are a skier’‘s ski, you get into the snow, feel it above your knees, in your chest, flying past your shoulders, these are for skiers who want a “big” ski but want to feel the mountain and not just float on the top of it. Excellent choice for experts in search of a ski for that big day out, equals maybe found in the likes of the Volkl Gotama, Atomics Sugar Daddy or for a softer option try the Pocket Rockets, AK Rockets would be the more “manly, full blooded” choice.
