You could construct a bridge with these things, they are as stiff, to be pronounced to make them sound even tougher with Scottish rolling R s, as a girder. One very useful tester who was probably a good twenty centimetres shorter than the skis tried to flex them and he would have had more chance of warping the Fourth Road bridge, I was amazed at how solidly built this ski is for a Zag, we are not talking the quality of build but the actual flex, Zag skis are generally hyper-forgiving and this is the antitheses. In-all a super-charged speed monster that is about as unforgiving as you can get but if it is power, ultimate control and bomb-proof stability then this is the ski for you, I preferred the subtler Slap that is also new this year from Zag, but then I am getting old! The new H 112 has been designed by and for the Zag Freeride Team. Intended for high-speed runs and the biggest of jumps: 102mm wide underfoot, 23m sidecut radius and a very stiff flex. The H 112 is an extreme Freeride ski for experts and competition riders when nothing short of outright performance is essential. Amazing. Full-on. You were warned!
