Throughout its history Arosa has been famous for its healthy climate - and the fresh Alpine air and eight to twelve hours of sunshine a day are still attracting visitors today. At 1,800m Arosa occupies a sun-filled and snow covered position in the mountains, and has the perfect climate for winter sports. From the beginning of December through to mid-April you can enjoy the abundant amounts of snow under the ever present sun, so although the temperatures are low due to the altitude the sun has a lovely warming influence and makes your days on the snow idyllic.
