Every year, on average, 539cm of snow falls on Davos and its surroundings. This snow is well retained throughout the season as 80% of the ski runs are above 2,000m. And with the resort's fantastic artificial snow making capabilities the ski area of Davos-Kloster is snow-sure every year. With such a vast ski area you can not only be sure that there'll be adequate snow, you can also be sure that there'll be snow conditions to suit you - the slopes face all four directions and each has slightly different types of snow, so you can pick and choose which type you want to ride on.
